What if the car hasn't been driven in a while?
Very common here — and no problem. Dead battery, flat tires, expired registration: we buy vehicles in all conditions and bring our own transport, so it doesn't even need to start.
What if there's still a loan on it?
We handle lien payoffs regularly. We contact the lender, confirm the payoff amount with you, pay the lender directly, and pay you the difference — all documented in writing.
What if I can't find the title?
Florida allows a duplicate title, and in many cases we can help you complete it the same day electronically. Don't let a missing title stop you from calling.
The owner has passed away. Can we still sell the car?
Usually yes, though the path depends on how the title was held and whether the estate is in probate. We'll walk you through it in plain English and coordinate with your attorney at no charge. This is one of the things we do most.
How do you decide what to offer?
We use the same live wholesale market data dealers use nationwide, adjusted for your vehicle's condition and mileage — and we'll show you the basis for the number. Well-kept, garage-stored local vehicles often earn more than owners expect.
How do I get paid?
